What happens in the meeting
An honest conversation about what your business needs online, with no sales script.
Before
After you book, you get a confirmation email with the time and a calendar invite. If you have an existing website, send us the address and we will look it over first, so the hour goes further.
During
We talk about your goals, who your customers are, the budget you have in mind and your timeline. We will tell you which platform fits (MintWeb, WordPress or Webflow), and why, and answer questions about hosting, SEO or advertising.
After
If we are a good fit, you get a formal written quote with the scope, price and schedule spelled out. Listed prices are starting points, so the quote is what you will actually pay. If we are not the right team for the job, we will say so.

Does the meeting cost anything?
No. The first meeting is free, and there is no obligation to go ahead.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. We meet in person in Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, Dublin, Springfield, Beavercreek, Xenia, Urbana and London, or by phone or Google Meet video call wherever you are.
What should I bring?
Your current website address if you have one, a few sites you like, and a rough idea of your budget.
Do I need my content ready?
No. Bring what you have. We can work from your existing site, and photography can be part of a package.
